This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds for our online fitness classes, including Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, Qi Gong, and other wellness practices. By registering for our classes or purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Class Cancellations by Clients

  • Single Classes: If you need to cancel a single class registration, you must do so at least 24 hours before the class start time. Cancellations made within this timeframe are eligible for a full refund or a credit towards a future class.
     

  • Class Packages and Subscriptions: For cancellations of class packages or subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. However, refunds will only be provided for any unused portion of the package or subscription if the cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the next scheduled class.
     

2. How to Cancel
 

To cancel a class or subscription, please follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account on our website.

  • Navigate to the "My Classes" or "My Account" section.

  • Select the class or subscription you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation.
     

Alternatively, you can email us at support@artofhealingonline.com with your cancellation request, including your name, class details, and reason for cancellation. We will process your request within 24 hours of receipt.
 

3. Refunds
 

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
     

  • Refund Processing: Once your cancellation request is approved, we will issue the refund promptly. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
     

4. Class Cancellations by Art of Healing Online
 

  • In the event that we need to cancel a class or session due to unforeseen circumstances, such as instructor unavailability, technical difficulties, or other issues, we will notify you as soon as possible via email

  • You will be offered the option to reschedule for another class or receive a full refund for the cancelled session.
     

5. No-Show Policy
 

  • If you do not attend a scheduled class and have not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, no refund or credit will be issued. This policy is in place to ensure fairness to all clients and to maintain the quality of our classes.
     

6. Non-Refundable Services
 

  • Certain services, such as special workshops, events, or promotional packages, may be non-refundable. These services will be clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. Please review the specific terms and conditions for each service before making a purchase.
